Thank you for choosing our engraved jewelry. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return and exchange policy.

(1) Returns and Exchanges:

  • We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any domestic or international orders
  • Shipping fees cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
  • However, we are always here to assist you with any concerns or issues you may encounter. Please reach out to us, and we will be happy to help.

(2) Restocking Fee and Original Shipping Fees:

  • In the event of a return, a 30% restocking fee may apply.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

(3) Reimbursements for Returns:

  • Generally, we are unable to provide reimbursements for returns, except in cases where the fault lies with us.
  • If the issue is due to our error, such as wrong engraving or shipping the wrong product (different color), we will send you a new product.
  • However, please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded in such instances.
  • It is important to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery to report any faults or errors.

(4) Size-Related Issues:

  • We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for size-related issues such as items not fitting or being too loose.
  • If you require the item in a different size, we kindly request that you place a new order.

(5) Incorrect shipping Details or International Shipping Details

  • If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we will reship the item to your new address once it is returned to us.
  • Please be aware that shipping charges will apply as it was not our fault.

(6) Exchanges:

  • While we do accept exchanges, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. (only 1-time exchange is acceptable if it is our fault)
  • Additionally, a small "rework" fee per item will be charged to compensate for the time spent creating your new piece.
  • You are expected to cover these costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
  • Please note that exchanged items are not eligible for free shipping.
